Definitions:

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel, from and against any claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Services, including your Content, products or services you develop or offer in connection with the Services, and your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST OR ALTERED.

NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 3, 6, 12 LISTING MONTHS BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($25, $50, $100, FREE LISTING $10 SETUP FEE NOT INCLUDE). THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW

d) Export Controls.

THE SERVICES MAY NOT BE USED IN OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, EXPORTED, OR RE-EXPORTED (a) INTO ANY U.S. EMBARGOED COUNTRIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EMBARGOED COUNTRIES ”) or (b) to ANYONE ON THE U.S. TREASURY DEPARTMENT’S LIST of SPECIALLY DESIGNATED NATIONALS, ANY OTHER RESTRICTED OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSET CONTROL, OR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT BY (COLLECTIVELY, “RESTRICTED PARTY LISTS”). YOU REPRESENT And WARRANT THAT YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN ANY EMBARGOED COUNTRIES AND NOT ON ANY SUCH RESTRICTED PARTY LISTS. YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS RELATED TO EMBARGOED COUNTRIES OR RESTRICTED PARTY LISTS, INCLUDING ANY REQUIREMENTS OR OBLIGATIONS TO KNOW YOUR END USERS DIRECTLY.

3. Third Party Services.

a) Any third party software, services, payment processor or other products you use in connection with the Services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third party services or products.

b) Price Changes. We may change our prices by posting notice to your email account and/or to our website. Price increases will be effective

c) 14 days after they are posted, except for increases made for legal reasons or increases made to Beta Services (as defined in our Service Terms), which will be effective immediately. Any price changes will apply to the Fees charged to your account immediately after the effective date of the changes.

4. By using this website platform, you agree that :

5. Advertiser refund

We do not issue refund after the profile, promo or ads is published live.

We only accept Paypal payment credit or debit cards, Venmo, GPay or PayPal pay later.

7. Billing, Invoice account or Check Payment :

8. Modification of these terms :

BoostCrosdSale reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions. Advertisers are advised to consult the Terms to be aware of the changes or your email account on listing

9. Miscellaneous:

If part of the Terms should be illegal, invalid orunenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without questioning the validity of the remaining provisions will continue to apply between Advertisers and BoostCrosdSale Agribusiness export classified Advertising directory platform.

10. Visitors and Users Access Requirement Age :

Our Services are not directed to children. You’re not allowed to access or use our Services if you’re under the age of 18.

We haven’t reviewed, and can’t review, all of the content (like text, photo, video, audio, code, computer software, service for promotion, advertise, sale, and other materials) posted to or made available through our Services by users or anyone else (“Content”) or on websites that link to, or are linked from, our Services. • VII) We are not a party to, and will have no responsibility or liability for, any communications, transactions, interactions, or disputes between you and the provider of the third parties ads of any Content.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law :

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U S. excluding its conflict of law provisions and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Services or Sale of Goods, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in the Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. Nothing in this Agreement affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions in your country of residence.

13. Copyright Complaints.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please send notice to email or the address below or fill out the contact us form. We may delete or disable content alleged to be infringing and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
